I have done a new mini-series of these abstracts, using red and blue ink. I love the way the colours compliment each other. I enjoy the freedom I have when painting abstracts. Sometimes rather than drawing the true likeness of something, or a true representation, I want to convey the essence of the subject. I want to capture a feeling. The art is impulsive and flows naturally from me, through the paint.
