I love street food. Not only does it taste better than some restaurant food, but I admire the entrepreneurial spirit that goes into setting up one's own business. There are loads of street hawkers/vendors in India. I recently visited Delhi, and whilst there I watched a man selling chick peas in a lime flavoured bun with onions and chilli. I was inspired to sketch him. I admire the courage of the one man band.
